2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access SpaceChat for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SpaceChat
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. AI API Keys

SpaceChat requires users to provide their own API keys for AI services (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity). You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
  • All charges incurred through your API key usage
  • Complying with the terms of service of each AI provider
  • Keeping your API keys secure and confidential

You may not use SpaceChat:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content you submit to SpaceChat, including conversations and API configurations, remains your property. However, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceChat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Usage and AI Processing

Your conversations are processed through third-party AI providers using your API keys. Please review each AI provider's terms of service and privacy policy to understand how they handle your data. SpaceChat does not use your conversations to train AI models.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpaceChat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
